This Valentine’s Day, we invite you to rethink the meaning of Love.
On a day that the world celebrates love we challenge you to go above and beyond your own friends, family and loved ones.
Do you know that there are 153 million orphans in the world who are desperately yearning for love?
While each and every one of us has been blessed with parents we love, children we adore, and a family we treasure, millions of children go to sleep every night lacking these very invaluable and precious gifts.
And so, we invite you to share some of this love. Rather than stopping at your own circle of loved ones, we invite you to write words of love to an orphaned child. Imagine for one moment that the child was your very own – a child you longed to hold in your arms and shower with your love. Your words of affection will help heal and give light to a broken heart, too young to carry the burden and anguish of life on its own. Your heart warming words will reassure these children that they are not alone, that they too are loved.
Write your letters of love and mail them to us. Write your letter using the most beautiful words, paper and pen. Write it from the depth of your heart.
We are currently caring for more than 800 orphans in 10 countries around the world and will deliver your letters to our children. We will read your letter to the child and she or he will write you back. You may also take it a step further by donating $10. This will allow us to include a gift with your letter; favorite food and a box of chocolates. To do so you can send us a check or donate here:

We will pick three of the most endearing and moving letters we receive, and read them out at our 10th Anniversary event in May, 2016.
