REQUEST FOR PARTNERSHIP

GiveLight’s long-term vision is to reach 10,000 children globally. While we will continue to build our own homes, we have to find trustworthy partners whose mission and philosophy are aligned with ours. While we encourage participation from all nations. we extend a special invitation to potential partners from Afghanistan, Bosnia, Burma, China, India, Iran, Palestine, Syria, Uzbekistan, and Yemen based on need analysis. About our partners and goals

Partnership Application Process:

To determine eligibility, complete a self-assessment by answering YES/NO questions regarding the organization's age, approval to receive foreign funding, current and past number of children, and other foreign funding partners. This assessment is expected to take 30 minutes to fill and submit.
If eligible, submit a brief (5-minute maximum) video providing project-specific information, the organization/orphanage's history, governance structure, staff and volunteer details, a tour of the facility, and an introduction to the children present on the premises. If shortlisted, a written application will be shared with the organization within 3-4 weeks of submitting the video, which must be completed and returned within seven days.
The written application will be evaluated, and additional information may be requested, if necessary, with an expected timeline of 3-4 weeks.
Visits to the organization may be arranged by US-based staff or volunteers to provide an independent report.
Both organizations' programs teams will collaborate to finalize the project.
Upon agreement, an MoU or funding agreement will be signed by both organizations.
Funds will be disbursed in installments based on planned and completed work every quarter.
Our team will provide monthly assessment forms that must be completed and submitted before the 10th of each month.
Quarterly meetings will be held in-person or on Zoom, and templates provided by us must be completed and submitted before the meetings.
